General terms and conditions of our “Am I e-banking securely?” competition

Eligibility
Eligible for participation are persons who are resident in Switzerland. Excluded from participation are employees of the «eBanking – but secure!« service and their family members.

Registration and personal details
You will have to provide the following personal details to participate in this competition: First name, name, residential address, and e-mail address. Your participation represents your consent for «eBanking – but secure» to use your personal details provided for the purposes of the competition. «eBanking – but secure!» reserves the right to publish the winners’ names. Your data will not be passed on to any third parties.

Competition period and draw process
The competition runs from 01/11/2021 until 15/12/2021. «eBanking – but secure!» reserves the right to change or shorten this competition period.

Incorrect details, manipulation
«eBanking – but secure!» does not accept any liability for incorrect details, loss of data (in particular during the course of data transfers) and other technical defects.  “eBanking - but secure!” reserves the right to withhold and reclaim prizes, to decide on replacement prizes and to exclude winners from this competition should we establish that fraudulent data were used or the draw process was influenced in any way (e.g. by technical manipulation of any kind).

Main prize, insurance, risk
The first prize of our competition is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G with 12,4" 2560 × 1600 (WQXGA) in “Mystic Black” colour. The winner will be responsible for any insurance. «eBanking – but secure!» does not accept any liability.

No cash payout
There is no option to take a cash payout instead of any of the prizes.

Recourse to the courts
There is no recourse to the courts. We will not enter into any correspondence about this competition. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne. Swiss law applies.

Changes to these terms of participation
«eBanking – but secure!» reserves the right to change these terms of participation at any time.
