Entry Rules

Eli­gible for par­tic­i­pa­tion are nat­ural per­sons who are res­i­dent in Switzer­land. Excluded from par­tic­i­pa­tion are employees of the “eBanking - but secure!” ser­vice and their family mem­bers.

Reg­is­tra­tion and per­sonal details

You will have to pro­vide the fol­lowing per­sonal details to par­tic­i­pate in this com­pe­ti­tion: Salu­ta­tion, first name, sur­name, address and e-mail address.

The Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sci­ences, Lucerne com­plies with the con­di­tions of Swiss and can­tonal data pro­tec­tion leg­is­la­tion. By sub­mit­ting the form, you agree that “eBanking – but secure!” can use the data trans­ferred to process the com­pe­ti­tion and to bring new offers to your atten­tion in the same con­text.

 “eBanking - but secure!” reserves the right to pub­lish the win­ners’ names. These data will not be passed on to third par­ties.

Com­pe­ti­tion period and draw process

This com­pe­ti­tion will run from 19th November 2019 until 19th December 2019. “eBanking - but secure!” reserves the right to change or shorten this com­pe­ti­tion period.

Incor­rect details, manip­u­la­tion

“eBanking - but secure!” does not accept any lia­bility for incor­rect details, loss of data (in par­tic­ular during the course of data transfer) and other tech­nical defects. “eBanking - but secure!” reserves the right to with­hold and reclaim prizes, to decide on replace­ment prizes and to exclude win­ners from this com­pe­ti­tion should we estab­lish that fraud­u­lent data were used or the draw process was influ­enced in any way (e.g. by tech­nical manip­u­la­tion of any kind). 

Main prize, insur­ance, risk

First prize of this com­pe­ti­tion is one night’s stay for two people with evening meal and break­fast at the Pilatus, incl. first-class return travel from the winner’s res­i­den­tial address.

No cash payout

There is no option to take a cash payout instead of any of the prizes.

Recourse to the courts

There is no recourse to the courts. We will not enter into any cor­re­spon­dence about this com­pe­ti­tion. The place of juris­dic­tion is Lucerne. Swiss law applies.

Changes to these entry rules

“eBanking - but secure!” reserves the right to change these entry rules at any time.
