What to do if you suspect fraud

If you suspect you have fallen victim to fraud or a phishing attack, you must act immediately. Every minute counts.

Please contact your financial institution straight away. The quicker you report an incident, the larger the chance of limiting financial losses or preventing continued fraudulent transactions.

Your financial institution’s contact details can be found here: https://www.ebas.ch/en/partners/

Report your suspicions even if you aren’t completely sure. In case of doubt, it is better to be safe than sorry. Reporting such suspicions early can make a decisive contribution towards preventing any further losses.
